Are you interested in understanding design thinking process and mindset as a problem solving method? Do you design products or services at your work and would like to deepen your understanding on designing with consideration on human activities and experiences. If yes, this course is for you!
In Design Thinking course, you will be equipped with knowledge on design thinking problem solving method and mindset through various practical design projects. You will learn to understand service design thinking method and utilize it in the context of experience economy. The course will address some cognitive aspects of designing products and services and of understanding human as consumers, users and customers. The course includes several team-based or individual projects addressing design thinking and human understanding topics covered in lectures, enhancing your learning.
You can easily participate in the course as the lectures are offered online. Studies will take place between 31.8.-14.12.2022 on Wednesdays 4 – 7 PM.
