Discover your strenghts and shape your future: Join the Competence Tool Pilot for higher education students.

Faculty of Technology at UTU is participating in the international Career 4.0 project, which aims to create prospects for young people planning their career in an increasingly complex world.

The Faculty is now searching for higher education students who want to be among the first ones to test the competence tool developed in the project. This call is open for all students in all disciplines and all higher education institutions in Turku.

Would You like to develop your skill set to reach your personal career goals? By participating in the pilot you will get a personal competence profile, which help you to develop a sustainable professional perspective. In practice, You will learn to recognise your current competencies and strengths and acknowledge competencies needed in your planned career.


Participation requires answering to a survey, which will be used to build your personal competence profile.
